After two years of being a mobile San Francisco tea maker, T-WE TEA is getting a new home in the Financial District (FiDi) of San Francisco in Crocker Galleria at 50 Post Street. Within blocks of Union Square, San Francisco made tea will now be available for purchase in our new boutique.
As exciting as this may be, how the heck does one
design a tea store?!? First and foremost, we wanted to sort out our color scheme. Already known for our packaging and color, we decided to let the packaging be what popped and the space create the stage for the POP. Black, white and pink were deciding with the packaging creating rainbows across the walls. We also wanted the space to be a hangout spot for creating community and hosting kikis (tea cocktail parties), thus we added some fabulous armchairs framed by a commissioned wall mural by the talented Kyle Trudelle!
To execute the vision, we enlisted the design and build services of LMNOP Design of San Francisco. Here is their feature of the process behind T-WE TEA's new popup space within Crocker Galleria, San Francisco.
